We have the opportunity for a Functional Analyst to join our Technical Analyst Services Practice, supporting the Universityâs extensive portfolio of platforms, systems and services.
As a Functional Analyst, you will build on your existing expertise while deepening your understanding of product lifecycle management, stakeholder engagement, and technical configuration. This is not a desktop support role; it is a varied technology-facing hybrid of ensuring best-practices in system configuration, requirements analysis, process improvement, and customer experience. The role offers a broad scope, combining business process analysis, requirements gathering, technical problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
You will work collaboratively within an Agile environment, contributing to a high-performing team that values knowledge-sharing, professional growth and flexibility.

This is a full-time (37.5 hours/week) permanent position, with a salary range of $88,000 - $95,000 depending on skills and experience.

The Product Engineering team is made up of five technical Practices. These groups provide technical and process support to various strategic portfolios across the University's technology landscape These groups provide technical and process support to various strategic portfolios across the University's technology landscape.
Practice members are allocated into cross-functional hybrid agile delivery teams with Product Owners, across a number of business portfolios. In this role, youâll be working with other Analysts in your delivery team, but not necessarily the whole FA Practice in your day-to-day business â though thereâs plenty of opportunity to collaborate on Practice initiatives as well.
