The Manufacturing Operator is responsible for operating machinery, assembling products, monitoring production processes, and ensuring quality standards are met in a manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Operate Machinery & Equipment:
- Set up, operate, and maintain production equipment according to safety and quality standards.
- Perform routine inspections and minor troubleshooting of machines.
- Production & Assembly:
- Follow work instructions, blueprints, and production schedules.
- Assemble, package, or inspect products to ensure they meet company specifications.
- Quality Control:
- Monitor product quality throughout production.
- Report defects or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor.
- Safety & Compliance:
- Follow company safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to prevent hazards.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Accurately record production data, downtime, and material usage.
- Communicate issues and improvement suggestions to the team.
