Compensation & Benefits
π΅ Hourly Pay Range: $29.26 β $31.21 per hour (based on experience, skills and qualifications)

What Youβll Do
β Perform plant troubleshooting and maintenance to ensure safe and efficient operations.
β Rebuild and align rotating equipment, including pumps and other mechanical systems.
β Conduct preventative maintenance and maintain detailed equipment files.
β Maintain sufficient spare parts inventory and keep maintenance shop and storage areas clean and organized.
β Assist in developing and improving plant maintenance procedures.
β Troubleshoot and mitigate plant process issues in partnership with operations.
β If experienced, support fabrication and equipment repair using Stick (SMAW), TIG (GTAW) and MIG (GMAW) welding techniques on stainless steel and carbon steel.
β Complete HAZWOPER training and properly contain, clean, package and label hazardous waste in compliance with OSHA, EPA, RCRA, HM-126 and DOT regulations.
β Conduct all business in a professional manner aligned with company values and integrity.
