SOSi is seeking a highly qualified Contract Service Manager (CSM) to join our team in support of our government customer on site in Wiesbaden, Germany. The CSM shall have full authority to act for the contractor on all contract matters relating to daily operation of this contract and shall be available between the hours, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday thru Friday except Federal holidays or when the government facility is closed due to local or national emergencies. This position requires access to NIPRNet.
Essential Job Duties
- Be the primary point of contact for the Directorate of Emergency Services (DES) at each location.
- Maintain organized records of all contract documents and correspondence.
- Work closely with internal departments, including legal, finance, procurement, and operations, to gather information and ensure contract alignment with business needs.
- Identify potential risks in contract terms and conditions and provide recommendations to mitigate such risks.
- Conduct training sessions for staff on contract management best practices and legal requirements.
- Ensure a responsive staffing plan is available and maintained to respond to surge or unexplained absences.
