SOSi is seeking an Operations Manager to join our Management Team to support our DOJ customer.
Essential Job Duties
- Manage contract execution for a single customer agency (e.g., a specific DOJ component or participating federal law enforcement agency) across all locations throughout the United States.
- Directly supervise subordinate supervisors, Office Managers, Project Directors, and Operations Supervisors supporting that agency nationwide.
- Oversee and/or directly perform all recruiting and hiring activities for the customer agency, ensuring qualified personnel are placed in accordance with task order requirements.
- Execute the Contractor鈥檚 quality control and training programs across all sites supporting the agency, maintaining consistent performance standards.
- Recruit and hire supervisors in close coordination with the Agency Contracting Officer鈥檚 Representative (ACOR) and the Contractor鈥檚 Program Manager.
- Approve hiring of all personnel within the agency鈥檚 area of responsibility.
- Serve as the primary Contractor point of contact for the agency鈥檚 ACOR, QAEs, and Government stakeholders on contract performance, staffing, and technical matters.
- Monitor agency-specific performance metrics, ensure compliance with task orders, and facilitate seamless transitions or phase-ins at agency sites.
- Report agency performance, staffing status, and operational issues to the Program Manager.
