Sonic Powersports is hiring a F&I Admin/ Document Specialist for our dealership in Houston, TX. As a F&I Admin/Document Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and seamless guest experience. If you’re a self-sufficient, resilient person who enjoys working in a fast-paced, fun environment, we’re looking for you.  In the F&I Admin/Document Specialist role, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely execution of the financial documentation process.

What You’ll Do: 

• Assist with the final steps of the purchase process  
• Provide accurate and timely completed paperwork for successful processing   
• Verify all paperwork for accuracy, including the correct title, lien information, taxes, and other relevant details.   
• Verify insurance, trade payoffs, and obtain deposits
