The Senior Quality Manager is the leader of the Quality organization and is responsible for driving and executing the vision of the organization. The Senior Quality Manager is responsible for driving a quality culture in an Aerospace organization and ensuring compliance to customer and industry requirements. The Senior Quality Manager is accountable for maintaining and/or improving all aspects of the Quality System, including AS9100, NADCAP. In addition, this position is to be the prime customer contact related to quality concerns.

- Corrective Actions
- Maintain root cause and corrective action system that eliminates duplicate nonconformance by effectively implementing corrective actions
- Process Control
- Implement tools necessary to ensure process control and comply with customer requirements such as PPAP, standard work, SPC, KPC, etc
- Continuous Improvement
- Coordinate, participate and lead continuous improvement efforts in collaboration with Production
- Other
- Any other tasks, duties or responsibilities requested by your supervisor
- Manage data collection, analysis and reporting of quality data such as rework, scrap and cost of quality
