Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Drives team to develop and execute the MPS, which in turn, becomes the driver for material requirements planning.
- Ensures the MPS is correctly planned and accounts for forecast, backlog, material availability, capacity, policies and business goals.
- Works hand in hand with Value Stream Analyst to review rough-cut capacity plan and the process of converting the MPS into requirements for key resources (labor, inventory, supplier capabilities/capacity) and to understand KPI鈥檚 and metrics.
- Works hand in hand with Material Planning to determine impact of supplier performance to MPS and business goals.
- Works with stakeholders to communicate internal capacity needs to meet future demand and proposes staffing requirements.
- Participate in customer delivery meetings and EMM and provides LOB, burn down plans.
- Owner of KPI鈥檚, revenue projections and inventory metrics and obsolescence.

- The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

Supervisory Responsibilities: Directly supervises 7-9 Analyst and Planning professionals. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
