As a Business Transformation Manager, you will lead strategic transformation projects, providing trusted advisory and operational excellence for top-tier clients. You will guide clients through complex change initiatives, leveraging innovative thinking, strategy, and practical solutions to reimagine and optimise their businesses.
You will join our collaborative Perth-based team, drawing upon the expertise of a global network of specialists. Together, you鈥檒l solve complex business challenges across multiple sectors, including Resources, Transport, Health, Finance, Government, Utilities, and Not-for-Profits.
Key Responsibilities
Client Delivery & Strategic Execution
- Lead transformative initiatives, including organisational design, business process improvement, strategic planning, and operational optimisation.
- Partner closely with clients to develop and deliver tailored change strategies, driving effective and sustainable transformations.
- Facilitate strategy workshops, stakeholder engagements, and decision-making sessions to ensure alignment and buy-in at all organisational levels.
- Apply structured change management methodologies to support successful implementation and adoption.
Business Development & Thought Leadership
- Identify and pursue growth opportunities, contributing to proposals, RFPs, and impactful client presentations.
- Develop strong, trusted client relationships to position Sia as a preferred transformation partner.
- Provide thought leadership on emerging trends and innovative approaches within business transformation, contributing actively to Sia鈥檚 intellectual capital.
Leadership & Team Management
- Manage project teams, providing mentorship and leadership to junior consultants and analysts.
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and results-driven team environment.
- Oversee project delivery to ensure quality, timeliness, and strategic alignment with client goals.
