To support its growth, Sia Partners is recruiting a Data Architect Manager with strong expertise in Data Architecture, Data Modeling, Data Engineering and great client communications. You will join the global Data & AI capability at Sia Partners, consisting of 300+ Data & AI professionals located across Europe, North America, and Asia. You will be part of the growing US Data & AI team, focusing on various Data assignments in a variety of business domains.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading Data Projects: Manage the delivery of Data projects, working across several clients in the US.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand client needs and convert them into effective data solutions.
- Lead the development and implementation of data models, data integration processes, and data governance frameworks.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and security across all data platforms and systems.
- Evaluate and recommend data management technologies and tools to enhance data capabilities.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior data architects and data engineers.
- Conduct data analysis and provide insights to support decision-making processes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in data architecture.
