As a Product Manager at SIA, you will own the product lifecycle of enterprise solutions from discovery and ideation through launch and iteration. You will blend strategic vision with technical fluency to translate generative AI, analytics, and automation capabilities into measurable product outcomes for SIA and our clients. You will work closely with engineering, data science, design, delivery, and business stakeholders, and communicate effectively with leaders at all levels. You will operate in Agile squads and, where required, act as the Product Owner for the squad.
Responsibilities
- Product strategy and vision: Define and communicate product vision, value proposition, and roadmap aligned with SIA priorities, client needs, and market opportunities
- Discovery and problem definition: Lead discovery with internal users and client stakeholders, document pain points and workflows, and translate them into clear problems to solve
- Market and competitive analysis: Monitor AI trends and competitor offerings to identify differentiation opportunities and risks
- Requirements and backlog ownership: Create clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and maintain a delivery ready backlog
- Prioritization and trade-offs: Prioritize by customer value, impact, feasibility, risk, cost, and return on investment, and communicate decisions transparently
- Cross functional leadership: Align engineering, data science, architecture, security, design, and delivery teams to drive execution without direct authority
- AI solution delivery: Define AI feature requirements and evaluation approach, and partner with engineering and MLOps for integration, deployment readiness, monitoring, and iteration
- Security, compliance, and responsible AI: Ensure solutions meet enterprise expectations for privacy, security, and regulatory needs, and implement responsible AI guardrails such as evaluation standards, auditability, and human review where appropriate
- Stakeholder communication: Provide clear updates on status, scope, risks, dependencies, and release plans to SIA leadership and client stakeholders
- Metrics and optimization: Define KPIs and OKRs, measure adoption and business impact, analyze usage and performance data, and adjust roadmap based on insights
- Launch and adoption enablement: Partner with sales, marketing, customer success, and delivery teams on release planning, training, onboarding, and adoption strategies
- Agile execution: Lead product ceremonies such as sprint planning and backlog refinement, and partner with delivery leadership to ensure predictable outcomes and high quality
