About the Role
For our client, and within the scope of Mobilize Financial Services (MFS), the Senior UI/UX Designer will play a key role in designing and optimizing end-to-end digital user journeys across manufacturer websites and multiple digital platforms. The role contributes to the Client’s strategic objectives by delivering consistent, accessible, and customer-centric digital experiences across a multi-brand ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Product & Experience Design
Design ergonomic, intuitive, and scalable user interfaces for web, mobile, and tablet platforms.
Define advanced interactions and animations that enhance usability and user engagement.
Optimize complex user journeys, including:
Subscription funnels
Decision-making and discovery tools for financing and insurance solutions
Point-of-sale tools
Customer portals
Design Systems & Consistency
Leverage and contribute to multi-brand Design Systems (Mobilize, Renault, Dacia, Alpine) while ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and accessibility standards.
Participate in the creation, enrichment, and governance of Design System components.
Ensure visual and experiential consistency across all platforms and brands.
Collaboration & Delivery
Ensure high-quality design hand-off and UI validation with development teams.
Work closely with Product Owners, developers, architects, subsidiaries, and other stakeholders to align design solutions with business and technical constraints.
Act as a design partner throughout the full product lifecycle.
Leadership & Mentorship
Act as a UX/UI reference within the team.
Mentor junior designers, supporting skill development and sharing UX/UI best practices.
Promote design excellence and continuous improvement.
UX Performance & Continuous Improvement
Contribute to the definition of UX KPIs in collaboration with stakeholders.
Analyze user feedback and usage data to guide product evolution.
Measure and communicate the impact of design decisions on user experience and business outcomes.
