About the Role
For our client, and within the scope of Mobilize Financial Services (MFS), the Junior UI/UX Designer will contribute to the design and optimization of digital user journeys across manufacturer websites and other digital platforms. Working under the guidance of more senior designers, the role supports the Client’s customer-centric strategy by delivering intuitive, accessible, and consistent user experiences within a multi-brand ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Product & Experience Design
Design ergonomic and intuitive user interfaces for web, mobile, and tablet platforms.
Create wireframes, mockups, and low- to high-fidelity prototypes using Figma and FigJam.
Define basic interactions and animations that enhance usability.
Support the optimization of key user journeys, including:
Subscription funnels
Decision-making and discovery tools for financing and insurance solutions
Point-of-sale tools
Customer portals
Design Systems & Consistency
Use existing multi-brand Design Systems (Mobilize, Renault, Dacia, Alpine) in compliance with brand guidelines and accessibility standards.
Contribute to the creation and maintenance of Design System components.
Ensure visual and experiential consistency across platforms.
Collaboration & Delivery
Participate in design hand-off and UI validation with development teams.
Work closely with Product Owners, developers, architects, subsidiaries, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and quality of deliverables.
Incorporate feedback from senior designers and stakeholders to improve design outcomes.

Contribute to the definition of UX KPIs in collaboration with stakeholders.
Analyze user feedback and usage data to guide product evolution.
Measure and communicate the impact of design decisions on user experience and business outcomes.
