The Content & SEO Center of Excellence (CoE) within DIGITAL ASSETS (XPO) manages the commercial websites of the Groupâs brands. These sites are built on the ONE digital platform, which enables the deployment of the latest generation of responsive commercial websites, ensuring consistent and optimized customer experience.
- Designing digital experiences (product pages, brand content, editorial content) in alignment with digital marketing teams.
- Building and integrating these experiences into the CMS, ensuring compliance with Group guidelines and marketing roadmaps.
- Deploying them progressively across countries, supporting local markets and ensuring project execution.
- Managing SEO integration during deployments, including country workshops, technical setup, URL mapping, sitemap monitoring, and operational coordination with project, content, and external teams.
The mission is divided between run activities (20â40%) and international deployment of the ONE digital platform (60â80%).
Deployment
- Participate in regular meetings with launchers to stay ahead of all projects.
- Contribute to the deployment of sites, modules, and pages in different countries.
- Organize and lead SEO workshops with local markets, tracking actions and best practices.
- Monitor and verify sitemaps to ensure completeness and compliance.
- Manage URL mapping, ensuring consistency and SEO optimization.
- Oversee technical SEO setup of the site (tags, redirects, indexing, performance, structured data, etc.).
- Act as the SEO reference in deployment processes, supporting launchers and markets.
- Resolve technical and semantic SEO issues encountered during deployments.
- Maintain and update the SEO timeline, considering time and resource constraints.
Run
- Participate in regular meetings with UX to anticipate all content projects.
- Frame content projects with UX to define SEO expectations for each project.
- Understand deliverables and explain them to Content team stakeholders.
- Provide deliverables from the corporate agency to the appropriate Content team stakeholders.
- Conduct SEO workshops for countries and marketing teams to explain SEO issues and optimization opportunities.
- Update SEO guidelines for countries and marketing teams.
- Write new SEO guidelines according to evolving needs.
- Share best practices with local teams and marketing stakeholders.
- Monitor Google Search Console for each country (tagging, alert monitoring, etc.).
- Participate in regular meetings with Product Owners to anticipate upcoming projects (framing, grooming, etc.).
- Ensure SEO rules are applied in each project.
- Create and track tickets for various projects.
- Track, analyze, and resolve ongoing tickets.
- Participate in meetings with the corporate agency.
Working Mode
- Hybrid working arrangement: 3 days remote / 2 days on-site at the office (specific days to be confirmed at the start of the assignment).
- Working hours: 9:00 AM â 5:00 PM.
