Assembly: Position, fit, and fasten wires, harnesses, parts and subassemblies using hand and power tools, hoists, and other equipment.
Technical Interpretation: Read and accurately interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, technical diagrams, bills of materials (BOM), and written instructions.
System Installation: Install mechanical components (pumps, valves, etc.), electrical systems (wiring, control panels), plumbing, and interior fixtures (flooring, walls, seats, windows).
Troubleshooting & Repair: Identify and troubleshoot assembly problems or malfunctions, perform repairs, rework, and preventive maintenance on equipment as needed.
Quality Control: Monitor production processes, perform testing, and carry out quality checks; Follow task time and quality requirements outlined in operating instructions, processes, and MRP routing
Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all company safety procedures and Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) regulations, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Handle and store goods and raw materials in the factory/warehouse
Perform manufacturing, production, and testing tasks as planned by the MRP
Report process drifts or quality issues to Team Leader
