As an Executive Assistant to the HO Latin America and Caribbean Region, you will serve as a high-level strategic partner and "helicopter view" collaborator. You will manage complex logistics and sensitive communications while anticipating executive needs, ensuring the President remains focused on mission-critical decision-making.

Executive Support & Strategic Partnership (30%): Support the manager in daily business including, confidential, and strategic topics. Study, filter, and prioritize working files, providing recommendations and following up on local implementation of decisions.
Logistics, Travel & Financial Administration (30%): Manage end-to-end travel logistics and credit card reconciliation. Ensure strict adherence to corporate compliance and Gifts & Hospitality protocols. Oversee office procurement and facility-related work orders.
Event & Project Oversight (20%): Lead the planning and execution of industry, customer, and staff events. Identify customer value, business needs, and improvement opportunities while supporting the N-1 management team on specific action plans.
Stakeholder Coordination & Influence (20%): Liaising with relevant stakeholders on various topics/events and/or ensuring deliverables reports/deadlines.
