SEGULA Technologies is seeking an Engine Design & Testing Engineer to
support an automotive development project in Puebla. This role focuses on design control,
validation testing, and project milestone tracking for gasoline, electric, and hybrid
powertrain systems. The engineer will collaborate with cross鈥慺unctional teams to ensure
proper development, validation, and release of engine components throughout the product
development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Control and manage engine component design using PTC Creo and CATIA V5. Coordinate and monitor functional and durability testing activities.
- Track and manage project milestones according to structured development processes, including prototype development, tooling readiness, and releases for pre鈥憇eries and production phases.
- Support project planning and coordination activities aligned with engineering development standards. Generate and manage engineering changes and cost鈥憇aving proposals.
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards and design requirements.
- Manage and maintain test catalogs related to function and durability validation.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure proper integration of engine systems and peripherals.
