As a Service Engineer - Fire & Security , youâll play a key role in maintaining and supporting our customersâ systems across technologies such as: Access Control, Intrusion Protection, Video Surveillance, Door Entry, Audio Alarm Verification, Staff Protection, Public Address, Time & Attendance, and LED Lighting.
- Deliver excellent customer service, working closely with the Area Supervisor and National Call Centre.
- Use PDA management software to manage service calls and maintenance visits.
- Attend and resolve daily service calls plus scheduled maintenance work.
- Take responsibility for your vehicle and stock, ensuring theyâre properly maintained.
- Bring a proactive, positive, âcan-doâ approach to every job.
- Join the callout rota, with opportunities for additional earning potential.
- Work flexibly when needed to meet client demand.
- Be based within ~30 minutes of your working area for responsive service.
