• Maintain thorough and precise documentation of customer interactions, orders, and follow-up actions.

• Verify customer data, product details, and service requirements to prevent errors and deliver a smooth, reliable service experience.

• Identify inconsistencies or potential problems and proactively resolve them to enhance customer satisfaction.
