ProSidian seeks an RUP Coach | Specialist located In Arlington, VA (or surrounding area) to support an engagement for Business Analysis and Management Support Services (BAMSS) on behalf of A Federal Government Agency. The ProSidian Engagement includes but is not limited to Management & Operations Consulting related to non-personal service to: provide competent leadership, and highly specialized support and technical guidance for the planning, development and execution of the entire Technology development and Business Analysis and Management Support life-cycle. Serve as a technical expert for Business Analysis and Management Support Team related activities with specialized experience in current Business Analysis and Management Support benchmarks, practices and testing methods.
The RUP Coach | Specialist shall possess in-depth understanding of the principles and practices included within the RUP to be able to make informed choices when applying life-cycle elements. This role is filled by individuals with multiple experiences working on software projects that used RUP as the software development process and understands the considerations to be made when tailoring RUP to suit the a specific project. First-hand knowledge of the life-cycle, the intersections of Agile practices, the supporting tools for maintaining customized processes, and exemplary communication skills, written and verbal are required. This role will assist the project manager and team in throughout the project. Previous experience as a successful coach or mentor is expected.
The ideal RUP Coach | Specialist has the appropriate skill sets, education, work experience and work quantity to successfully meet all the requirements of The ProSidian Client including all awarded TOs on behalf of The ProSidian Engagement Team.
