ProSidian seeks a Deputy Program Manager located In Arlington, VA (or surrounding area) to support an engagement for Business Analysis and Management Support Services (BAMSS) on behalf of A Federal Government Agency. The ProSidian Engagement includes but is not limited to Management & Operations Consulting related to non-personal service to: provide competent leadership, and highly specialized support and technical guidance for the planning, development and execution of the entire Technology development and Business Analysis and Management Support lifecycle. Serve as a technical expert for Business Analysis and Management Support Team related activities with specialized experience in current Business Analysis and Management Support benchmarks, practices and testing methods.
The Deputy Program Manager Will support the Program Manager on all BOA- related issues and may act as Program Manager in the Program Manager's absence. Shall possess a full understanding of project scope, objectives, and roles and shall have demonstrated communications skills with all levels of management. Shall provide specialized support for management-related issues and concerns for multiple tasks and shall provide leadership to TA leads. Shall ensure quality of deliverables by ensuring that processes are implemented and work product is confirmed as complete, accurate and in accordance with established standards. Shall play an active role in identifying innovative and efficient improvements across the BOA.
Shall support workforce management initiatives to include addressing staffing requirements, assisting with resource identification, and providing daily supervision and problem resolution. Shall have experience in planning, managing and overseeing tasks in a multiple task environment. Shall have extensive experience auditing and managing project plans to ensure effective schedule and cost controls, risk mitigation planning, and problem resolution. Shall possess an understanding of project management methodologies and a familiarity with the full software development life cycle. Shall have a strong understanding of the IT industry, financial business processes and procedures, financial reporting and contract management. Will communicate with The Federal Government Agency Program Managers on a daily basis as well as provide weekly, monthly quarterly and ad hoc contract reporting.
