ProSidian seeks an OPM3 Certified Assessor located In Arlington, VA (or surrounding area) to support an engagement for Business Analysis and Management Support Services (BAMSS) on behalf of A Federal Government Agency. The ProSidian Engagement includes but is not limited to Management & Operations Consulting related to non-personal service to: provide competent leadership, and highly specialized support and technical guidance for the planning, development and execution of the entire Technology development and Business Analysis and Management Support lifecycle. Serve as a technical expert for Business Analysis and Management Support Team related activities with specialized experience in current Business Analysis and Management Support benchmarks, practices and testing methods.
The OPM3 Certified Assessor is responsible for planning, development, documentation, and execution of a formal Organizational Project Management Maturity Model (OPM3®) assessment. Serves as an industry expert on OPM3 assessment, guides the efforts of more junior personnel, provide supervision of engagement team members and be responsible for the overall delivery of professional quality consulting services. Provides technical and managerial skills to ensure that all services and deliverables meet the client’s requirements and deadlines. The OPM3 Assessor must be a PMI OPM3® Certified Professional (certification must be current) and have a strong understanding of the current edition of the Organizational Project Management Maturity Model methodology. The Assessor must also be an accomplished practitioner who has completed OPM3® assessments with large business concerns; organizations within the public sector; and IT organizations with a direct focus on IT project management maturity, to improve organizational performance. Additionally, the OPM3 Assessor must be able to demonstrate the ability to communicate the value of organizational project management to high-level executives within organizations and leverage the findings of an OPM3® assessment to drive organizational change in processes, practices, and behaviors to effect organizational performance improvements. The OPM3 Assessor must demonstrate extensive experience providing consulting services to organizations within both the commercial and public sectors.
Possesses the ability to assess and apply multiple organizational, and management improvement techniques in a government environment. Ensures all work products are complete, accurate and conform to The Federal Government Agency standard.
Has the ability to create, assess performance measurements and maintains a comprehensive knowledge of the IT industry, business processes and procedures. Has extensive experience in project management and other disciplines as described in an actual TA proposal. Has the ability to conduct process mapping sessions and identify key control points to be tested. Must be a Certified Information Technology Professional (CTP) and/or a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and/or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA).
