The PM shall have a minimum of three years relevant experience managing, staffing, overseeing, and completing the same or similar in nature of work (i.e., includes a demonstrated knowledge of Army Recruiting Battalion and Company Operations), and scope (i.e., specific PWS tasks); and completed at least a bachelor level degree from an accredited academic institution.
Program Manager shall have full authority to act for the Contractor on all contract matters relating to daily operation of this contract. The Program Manager shall be available between 8:00 a.m. to 4:30PM, Eastern Standard Time (EST), Monday through Friday except Federal holidays or when the Government facility is closed for administrative reasons
