The employee will oversee the management of the use of funds from various relevant appropriations and other alternative funding sources. The employee will do this through their experience using various forms of government financial planning, cost analysis and estimating, budget analysis and execution, earned value management, cost-benefit analysis and business case analysis. The employee will also use quantitative and qualitative analysis to evaluate business cases and will provide recommendations to our client on decisions related to the program. The contractor will be responsible for the formulation of financial forecasts and will provide our client with an analysis of the risks involved.
• Make recommendations based on analysis of business case
• Assist in the management of funds based on appropriations law and other relevant laws and regulations
• Evaluate the program’s use of earned value management or similar concept such as IRR, etc.
