ProSidian Consulting seeks a Management Analyst to support and participate in a project supporting The Department of Labor, Office of the Assistant Secretary for Administration and Management, Human Resource Center. The Management Analyst plays an integral role by effectively participating in day to day operations and by offering quality service and excellence in the administration provided for the OASAM. The duties of this position include developing procedures to support agency programs, developing statistical charts and tables and measuring program effectiveness vs resources assigned. This role supports the management, to include relationships and important deliverables and helps support others on the project through a positive attitudeĀ and effective communication with appropriate stakeholders.Ā
This project provides human resources and management contracting support services for the Department of Labor, Office of the Assistant Secretary for Administration andĀ Management, Human Resource Center. This project will include budget and finance, program development, analysis, evaluation, information technology, general project administration and curriculum development and training.
This Office (OASAM) is responsible for the development of policies, standards, procedures, systems and materials, related to the resource and administrative managementĀ of the Department. The Human Resources Center (HRC) is responsible for providing leadership, guidance and expertise in all areas related to management of the Department's human resources, including recruitment and development of staff, management of personnel systems, leadership in labor management partnership and improving and supporting work and family life.
⢠Develop procedures to support agency programs.
⢠Develop statistical charts and tables.
⢠Measure program effectiveness vs resources assigned.
⢠Document findings of study and prepare recommendations for implementation of new systems, procedures, or Agency changes.
⢠Prepare clear and concise administrative and financial reports
⢠Define program accomplishments and achievements.
⢠Provide advice on formulating alternative procedures and operations in order to change the way Agencies does business with the goal of improving customer service and expanding its programmatic capacity.
⢠Design, evaluate, recommend, and approve changes of forms and reports.
⢠Perform other related job duties as requested.
