The duties of this position include performing a broad range of advance skills and expertise in the Federal sector: responsibilities may include but are not limited to addressing management concerns in accordance with agency policies, assisting in scheduling and coordinating meetings, interviews, events and other similar activities, as needed, in support of the training process and performing and tracking day-to-day training matters. The ProSidian Consulting Engagement Team Member shall provide administrative, clerical, and research support for Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) program offices. In addition to Administrative Assistant Level II duties and requirements, the Administrative Assistant Level III requires subject-matter knowledge and judgment to complete assignments consisting of numerous steps varying in nature and sequence. The ProSidian Consulting Administrative Assistant – Level III Engagement Team Member shall be required to work independently on projects requiring research and preparation of briefing charts and other presentation materials.
