ProSidian Seeks a Acquisition/Business Analyst Level II (Contract Contingent) located In San Antonio, TX (or surrounding area) to support an engagement for Acquisition Support and Financial Management for the HIT directorate, PRM division, Budget Execution branch of the DHA. This is Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 Position and ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 position with commensurate benefits and competitive salary. The ideal Acquisition/Business Analyst Level II (Contract Contingent) is skilled in:

Cost Estimation
Knowledge of Acquisition Database services
Negotiations
Written and Oral skills
Developing and conducting presentations

The ideal candidate will have at least (3) years performing Federal Government financial management. Will serve as an Acquisition/Business Analyst Level II on a rewarding contract with the U.S. Department of Defense’s Defense Health Agency.

Your position will include assisting in maintaining the Health Information Technology division contracts database. These services include, but are not limited to, performing AdHoc Reports, contract status, delinquent contracts, procurement actions, and periodic export of contract requirements to external system. You will assist in managing data tables, updating and maintaining existing records, archiving new contract records, and auditing/verifying all records in the database. You will be expected to provide dashboard reports on HIT requirements. Shall participate in and assist in facilitating HIT contract rationalization tasks to include briefings.
