ProSidian Seeks a Information Technology Specialist in CONUS/OCONUS - Washington, DC to support an engagement for an independent agency of the United States Federal Govt. that is concerned with the United States' policies regarding energy and safety in handling nuclear material. The agency has a mission to lead national efforts to modernize the electric grid; enhance security and reliability of the energy infrastructure; and facilitate recovery from disruptions to energy supply.
The ProSidian Engagement Team Members work to provide financial, technical, analytical, modeling, project management, and communications support to meet on-going requirements within the agency.
Information Technology Specialist Candidates shall work to support requirements for Program Support and primary role is to provide technical assistance and analytical support to databases, test all system changes to ensure that functionality covering changes are properly implemented and operational, and to update and perform modifications to the existing database.
• Provide support to a web-based comprehensive strategic planning system that houses technical and financial information.
• Design, implement and maintain databases.
• Have experience of business systems containing financial information.
• Have experience with developing databases and using an ASP.Net web form and database.
• Troubleshoot and test system configurations and advise on system management/enhancement issues.
• Collaborate with federal staff to plan, design, schedule, write, and debug client applications.
• Work with users identifying conceptual requirements through completion, including system maintenance and operations.
• Possess the knowledge and experience to protect Personally Identifiable Information (PII) data and other sensitive data.
• Comply with IT Governance standards, policies, and procedures.
