ProSidian Seeks a Strategic Emergency Management Planning Specialist to support an engagement for The Office of Emergency Management (OEM) within The Veteran’s Health Administrations (VHA) that focuses on essential VA emergency medical response and support services at the local, regional, and national levels to ensure the health and safety of our Veteran patients and their families, staff, and visitors, and continued delivery of VHA health care services.
The ProSidian Engagement Team Members work to provide consulting support to facilitate the development and creation of a specific, measurable Three-Year Strategic Plan. The candidate shall lead the development of overarching objectives and strategic goals for The Office of Emergency Management and engage partners to achieve buy in, determine specific metrics and dependencies, and write the physical plan in a user-friendly manner appropriate for distribution.
Assist in developing mission and vision statements, subsequent goal delineation, provide guidance for building operational plans and specifying measurable outcomes, KPIs in a consolidated strategic planning process and prioritizes those initiatives.
Have a strong understanding of federal government business operations and work process
