ProSidian Seeks a Property Specialist - Administrative/Business (Time and Materials | Non-Exempt) to support an engagement for a liquid waste contractor (Savannah River Remediation [SRR]) at the Savannah River Site in Aiken, SC, which is owned by the U.S. Department of Energy.
This service supports Environmental Management Sector Clients and ProSidian Team Members (# FTe's: 1) work as part of a Engagement Team Cadre (Labor Category 01410) to fulfil T&M - Time and Materials (T&M) requirements.
The Property Specialist as a Professional Grade position.
Property Specialist - Administrative/Business Candidates shall work to support requirements for Technical General Support Services (GSSC) related to NAICS: 541690 - Environmental Consulting Services, NAICS: 541690 - Scientific and Technical Consulting Services - Energy, and NAICS: 591690 - Professional Scientific Technical Consulting Services and
Candidate shall provide support to Project Operations and/or the Property Management department.
Serves as the POC for all property related actions in the Tank Farms/DWPF.
Advises Tank Farms/DWPF on all required accountable property actions related to all work scope.
Conducts reviews to ensure installed accountable property is retired.
Conducts reviews to ensure buried accountable property is retired.
Submits all property paperwork to the SRR Property Manager for approval and processing
Conducts monthly property physical validations
Assists Property Manager in property item research
Other duties as assigned
