Training

Work with welding management to evaluate and determine personnel training needs

Develop welding code training and refresher programs

Perform training sessions

Support welder training / qualification testing

Design / Subcontract Specification Reviews

Perform welding design / Subcontract specification reviews

Perform field walkdowns as required

Verify constructability and code compliance

Support project team design / subcontract specification review meetings

NDE / Inspection

Perform and interpret Liquid Penetrant (PT) tests

Perform and interpret Mag Particle (MT) tests

Perform and interpret Ultrasonic testing for thickness (UT)

Perform visual weld inspections (in-process and final)

Interpret radiographs

Welding Field Support

Develop welding inspection records

Document weld inspections

Welding problem evaluation and resolution

Welding material verification
