ProSidian Seeks a Conduct of Operations Specialist - Waste Treatment and Immobilization Plant Project (WTP) - GSSC (Part-Time) to support an engagement for the US Dept. of Energy (DOE) Hanford.  Preferred candidates present with relevant Government, Public Sector and Infrastructure (Nuclear and Environmental) Sector experience (functional area experience also ideal) - SCA Code: N/A.  This position is located in the CONUS - Northwest Region.

Conduct of Operations Specialist - Waste Treatment and Immobilization Plant Project (WTP) - GSSC Candidates shall work to support requirements for RFQ FY22-SB13 WTP Support R1 Amendment 1 Swim Lanes and statement of work (SOW) while maintaining required qualifications with relevant Government, Public Sector and Infrastructure (Nuclear and Environmental) Sector experience (functional area experience also ideal).  ProSidian Team Members (# FTe’s: 0.5) work as part of the Engagement Team Cadre to provide Waste Treatment and Immobilization Plant Project (WTP) support services as part of general support services for The US Department of Energy (DOE), Richland Operations Office (RL) and Office of River Protection (ORP) and the  DOE Waste Treatment and Immobilization Plant Project (WTP).

1. Assist with oversight of conduct of operations.

2. Assist with oversight of Training of Technical Personnel.

3. Assist with oversight of maintenance and work control processes.

4. Document assessments in the DOE integrated Contractor Assurance System (iCAS) database with excellent written communication skills.

5. Coordinate issue assessment and resolution with ORP engineering, regulatory, and other supporting staff.

6. Directly interface with DOE senior management and local and federal agency executives.

7. Obtain and apply knowledge of DOE policies and procedures, Hanford Site mission, activities, and DOE program and project management practices, policies, and procedures.
