ProSidian Seeks an Executive Management | NQA-1 Software Consultant - Integration Management (EX100) to support an engagement for a liquid waste contractor (Savannah River Remediation [SRMC]) at the Savannah River Site in Aiken, SC, which the U.S. Department of Energy owns. This is a Time and Materials or Contract W-2 Position. Executive Management | NQA-1 Software Consultants, support requirements for RFQ208262R Executive Management | NQA-1 Software Consultant Services (Integration Management Services). In special circumstances, the need may arise for the staff augmentation services of a uniquely qualified candidate(s).
Provide Software Quality Assurance and Cyber Security Consultant Services for the maintenance of Salt Waste Processing Facility (SWPF) Software Applications and Plant Control Systems for continued compliance with SWPF Quality Assurance (QA) Program and the Cyber Security Program at the Savannah River Site (SRS) under SRMC (The IMC Contractor).
- DUTIES: Provide a variety of subject matter expertise to an assigned functional area.
TASK REQUIREMENTS
- Provide DOE Order and ASME NQA-1 consultation and technical support for the maintenance of SWPF Software Applications and Plant Control Systems, and associated life cycle documentation
- Provide DOE Order and ASME NQA-1 consultation and technical support for the SWPF Transition activities to IMC Contractor related to sf=software lifecycle processes, quality assurance, engineering, and other related areas as needed.
- Conduct semi-annual configuration audits of the SWPF BPCS Production Software in accordance with SWPF Procedures
- Conduct annual reviews of the SWPF Safety Instrumented System Software in accordance with SWPF Procedures
- Conduct compliance and implementation assessments of SWPF Activities and software applications/plant control systems as needed
- Review all cyber security plans and procedure generation/modifications for SWPF Software applications and plant control systems
DELIVERABLES - NQA-1 SOFTWARE CONSULTANT SERVICES FOR SWPF SOFTWARE APPLICATIONS
- Technical support for the operation and maintenance of SWPF software applications and plant control systems to support SWPF operations, including reviews of software modifications and
- associated lifecycle documentation.
- Technical support during and after the SWPF transition for the review and integration of SWPF processes and procedures with that of the IMC Contractor.
- Semi-annual configuration audit reports of the SWPF BPCS production installation in accordance with SWPF procedures.
- Annual surveillance reports of the SWPF SIS in accordance with SWPF procedures.
- Assessment reports of SWPF activities and SWPF software applications/plant control systems as needed.
