DUTIES:

Lead and manage agile and waterfall software development from inception to completion.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, and retrospective sessions.
Monitor and report project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.

Work closely with product owners to prioritize and refine the product backlog.
Coordinate release planning and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software.
Resolve conflicts and remove impediments to keep the team productive.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in agile practices.
Communicate effectively between technical and non-technical people.
