RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - IT Technician
PC and client/server support responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving client issues with hardware or software maintenance,installations, and upgrades; provides service by communicating with technical and non-technical staff; resolves computer problems in person,via telephone or from a remote location; provides assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including printing,installation, word processing, electronic mail, applications, accounts, services, and operating systems.
