The Office of Environment, Health, Safety and Security advises DOE Senior Leadership on all matters related to environment, health, safety and security across the complex.

Seeking Program Specialist candidates with with relevant Energy, Resources, And Industrials Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Energy, Resources, And Industrials Sector Clients such as EHSS.  This as a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Position and ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position.

JOB OVERVIEW

Provide services and support as a Cost Reimbursement (Program Specialist) in the Energy, Resources, And Industrials Industry Sector focusing on Human Capital Solutions for clients such as The Department of Energy ( DOE | OC - EHSS) | Office of Classification (OC) | Office of Environment, Health, Safety, and Security (EHSS) Located In Washington, DC and across the Mid Atlantic Region.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Program Specialist

• Provide programmatic support for classification guidance development and policy revisions.
• Assist in the coordination of meetings, correspondence, and approval packages for the Office of Technical Guidance.
• Serve as a content manager for SharePoint on classified networks, ensuring that all classification guides and documents are up-to-date.
• Support technical reviews and annual reconciliations of classification systems.
• Manage logistic and administrative support for classified and unclassified meetings (e.g., Classification Guide Working Group, Classification Officer meetings).
• Maintain central files, including classified removable electronic media (CREM).
