Seeking Executive Assistant candidates with relevant Environmental Management Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Environmental Management Sector Clients such as DOE-PASS.  This as a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Position and ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage complex schedules, tasks, and workflows.
• Proficiency in preparing professional-quality documents, presentations, and reports.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with scheduling and project management tools.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities to draft correspondence and interact effectively with diverse audiences.
