JOB OVERVIEW

Provide services and support as a Compensation Program Act Data and Compliance Specialist [General Support Services (GSS) For Hanford Field Office (HFO)] in the Environmental Management Industry Sector focussing on Environmental Services Solutions for clients such as U.S. Department of Energy – Environmental Management, Hanford Field Office (DOE-EM / HFO) | DOE – Environmental Management Consolidated Business Center (EMCBC), Cincinnati, OH Generally Located In CONUS -  Richland, Washington and across the Pacific Northwest Region (Of Country/World).

Business and procurement support optimize resources, ensure compliance, streamline acquisitions, and strengthen Hanford mission execution efficiency.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Compensation Program Act Data and Compliance Specialist [DOE0067066]

Compile data, track claims, prepare compliance reports, coordinate with HR/legal. This role provides services and support for Program Office #02 Assistant Manager for Business & Assistant Manager for Procurement under Job Task #02.07 - Compensation Program Act Data and Compliance Specialist with Support Functions for Finance & Budget Support, Procurement/Contract Administration Support, Workforce Management & Training Support, Compensation Program Act Business Support, and Audit Coordination Support

Compensation Program Act Data and Compliance Specialist: Manages data analytics, compliance for claims, document protection, and supports EEOICPA and WSHSWC compliance. This role is essential for ensuring data integrity, compliance, and efficient records management while supporting program operations and providing technical and business assistance.  With a DPLH of 1920, the anticipated total FTEs are approximately 3.5 FTEs for this ProSidian Engagement Team Role.
