RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Project Oversight Specialist [DOE0117116]

Conduct operations surveillances, review logs, coordinate readiness reviews, escalate safety concerns. This role provides services and support for Program Office #06 Assistant Manager for Tank Waste and Waste Treatment (AMTWO/AMWTP) under Job Task #06.01 - Project Oversight Specialist with Support Functions for Programmatic technical, project controls and business support functions in support of the Tank Waste and Waste Treatment.

Project Oversight Specialist: Focuses on technical document management, project management support, contractor performance evaluation, and coordination of reports to ensure compliance and decision-making efficacy. This role is crucial for ensuring the successful execution and oversight of capital projects, as it involves meticulous review and preparation of essential project documentation, supports project management and decision-making processes, evaluates contractor performance, and facilitates effective collaboration and communication across teams to achieve organizational objectives.  With a DPLH of 1920, the anticipated total FTEs are approximately 1 FTEs for this ProSidian Engagement Team Role.
