RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Senior Geotechnical Engineer (Co-Instructor) | Dam Operator Safety Training: Fundamentals, Inspection, Monitoring & Field Practicum [DOI0011010]

• Leads development of training content on embankment dam behavior, seepage, and stability. Provides field instruction on geotechnical inspection, instrumentation, and potential failure modes. Supports technical analysis and field practicum exercises.  Explains embankment behavior, seepage, and stability so operators detect anomalies early. Develop modules on embankment Dams, foundations, seepage, drains, slope stability cues; create field observation guides; review PFMs; advise on instrumentation interpretation basics (piezometers/inclinometers).
