Provide services and support as a Task Lead (TL) / PR-SERE High Risk Training Instructor (HRTI) [Survival, Evasion, Resistance, And Escape (SERE) And Personnel Recovery (PR) Support Services] in the Defense, And Security Industry Sector focussing on Human Capital Solutions for clients such as US Marine Forces Special Operations Command (MARFORSOC) (USSOCOM / MARFORSOC / MRTC) | U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) – Marine Forces Special Operations Command (MARFORSOC), Marine Raider Training Center (MRTC) Generally Located In Camp Lejeune, NC 28542 and across the Southeastern United States / U.S. East Coast Region (Of Country/World) Working On-Site (Client Site).

High Risk Training Instructor (HRTI) Qualification Certified Survival, Evasion, Resistance, And Escape (SERE) And Personnel Recovery (PR) Support Services and Solutions to deliver realistic high-risk SERE and personnel recovery training to prepare forces for isolation.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Task Lead (TL) / PR-SERE High Risk Training Instructor (HRTI) | High Risk Training Instructor (HRTI) Qualification Certified Survival, Evasion, Resistance, And Escape (SERE) And Personnel Recovery (PR) Support Services [USSOCOM / MARFORSOC / MRTC0009009]

Senior program leader with qualifying degree/certification or 10+ years SOF/PR-SERE experience, 6+ years as a DoD FSLC SERE Instructor (3+ at USSOCOM FSLC), 18+ months managing large high-risk training contracts, 5+ years section-level leadership, resident PR/SERE subject-matter expertise (JPRA PR303, SERE350/360/370 or equivalent), SECRET clearance, and full compliance with SERE Instructor and Section Lead requirements. The Task Lead shall perform all duties assigned to SERE Instructors as identified and duties assigned to Section Leads as identified. 

Key Personnel: Per the Base IDIQ Clause 5652.237-9001, the Task Lead and both Section Leads are identified as Key Personnel for this requirement.

The ProSidian Engagement Team Task Lead SHALL provide an onsite standalone presense that shall also have KSA’s and capability to fill in as a SME PR/SERE Instructor.  The Task Lead shall be empowered to make immediate decisions without cumbersome management review and approval in order to ensure timely mission success and ensure Contractor personnel foster and maintain their SME skill sets.   In addition, the TL shall be responsible for tasks such as:

Continual interaction with the COR and any appointed Technical Representatives. 

Provides management of all contractor personnel for time, cost and scope to tasks, including:

- Management of surge hours and contractor travel

- Ensure contractor personnel complete initial and follow-on training/evaluations as required

- Overseeing deadline completion, resource management, risk assessment, and tracking

- Designing, planning, establishing milestones.

- Ensuring all deliverables and course timelines are met.

- SME for all PR/SERE events; capable of filling any position for coverage gaps.

- Support the development of new concepts and doctrine for the MARFORSOC PR/SERE School.

- Research and keep current on new technology and doctrinal developments to support the Government’s efforts to improve the quality and scope of training.

- Responsible for ensuring PPE, role play uniforms and PR/SERE specific items/materials are replaced as serviceability, product life cycle expires, or as directed by the COR.
