High Risk Training Instructor (HRTI) Qualification Certified Survival, Evasion, Resistance, And Escape (SERE) And Personnel Recovery (PR) Support Services and Solutions to deliver realistic high-risk SERE and personnel recovery training to prepare forces for isolation.

Marine Raider Training Center (MRTC) Senior Instructor-rated personnel with 12+ months independent Full Spectrum Level “C” (FSLC) SERE instruction at MARFORSOC, DoD Instructor Certification, 12+ months in assigned section as HRTI, and full compliance with PR/SERE Certified Instructor standards.

No less than 66% of Instructor staff qualified at or above Senior Instructor 16 CFTE (including higher qualifications)
