Provide services and support as a PR/SERE Support Personnel (Part Time on Call [PTOC]) [Survival, Evasion, Resistance, And Escape (SERE) And Personnel Recovery (PR) Support Services] in the Defense, And Security Industry Sector focussing on Human Capital Solutions for clients such as US Marine Forces Special Operations Command (MARFORSOC) (USSOCOM / MARFORSOC / MRTC) | U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) – Marine Forces Special Operations Command (MARFORSOC), Marine Raider Training Center (MRTC) Generally Located In Camp Lejeune, NC 28542 and across the Southeastern United States / U.S. East Coast Region (Of Country/World) ***Enter Work Site Option(s)***.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - PR/SERE Support Personnel (Part Time on Call [PTOC]) | High Risk Training Instructor (HRTI) Qualification Certified Survival, Evasion, Resistance, And Escape (SERE) And Personnel Recovery (PR) Support Services [USSOCOM / MARFORSOC / MRTC0038038]
Exercise support staff holding a valid Class “C” driver’s license, meeting OF-178 physical requirements, and possessing a SECRET clearance to support PR/SERE field operations.
PR/SERE PTOCs are required as tasked for up to eight (8) days, with up to six (6) days per course being consecutive and shall work up to 12 hours per day – maximum combined total days required for episodic support personnel during the contract year is 1,200 (80 days x 15 PAX).
The ProSidian Engagement Team may flex individual PTOCs schedules as necessary to stay within the 1,200-day total. This support shall include, but not limited to: presence during Survival and Evasion exercise to provide logistical, administrative and indirect role-play support; presence
during Resistance training providing logistical, administrative, and indirect role-play support; presence during administrative activities such as general clean-up, rental vehicle pick up / returns etc.
PTOCs shall not become directly involved in student, individual or group training and will always work under the supervision of MARFORSOC PR/SERE Instructor Staff.
