Job Description

Act as a servant leader and coach for one or more Agile teams
Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
Build strong relationships with business stakeholders and team members
Serve as a liaison between business teams to ensure alignment and shared understanding
Monitor progress and support the team in delivering on time, within scope and budget
Identify and help remove obstacles that may impact team delivery
Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure clear communication and expectations
Support deployment and adoption of business applications and processes
Provide Agile training and coaching to team members and stakeholders as needed
Contribute to portfolio planning and overall project visibility
