The Solution Architect will provide services that encompass all tasks and activities required to achieve the objectives of Product Delivery and Project Management. Responsibilities include:
- The Services to be provided by the Solution Architect include all relevant tasks and activities which are necessary to accomplish the expected objectives of any Product Delivery or Project Management:
- Act as a key contributor within both Domain and Project teams, supporting Project Managers in delivering solutions on time, with the expected quality, and within budget while ensuring that solution architecture and design meet business objectives (added value, operational viability) and align with enterprise architecture and security strategies
- Ensure a clear understanding of business needs and priorities by producing functional architecture diagrams, including actor interactions, object/data flows, and interfaces
- Demonstrate how business needs are supported through comprehensive component and application architecture diagrams that fully address business requirements
- Define infrastructure solution architecture in coordination with internal and external technical experts
- Contribute to project planning by identifying and addressing gaps between the current (āas-isā) architecture landscape and the needs for solution definition and operation
- Propose added-value solutions leveraging the latest innovative technologies to enhance the organizationās standards and reference frameworks
- Provide architecture risk analyses and corresponding mitigation plan proposals for the domain
- Contribute to enterprise architecture by identifying redundancies and gaps within and across domains, supporting the delivery of the architecture roadmap, participating in architecture governance activities, and maintaining the organizationās architecture asset repository
- Support capability development by proposing and delivering awareness sessions, training, demonstrations, proofs of concept (POCs), and exploration of emerging concepts or technologies
