Conduct in-depth industrial and operational assessments using structured methodologies such as 8D, Pareto analysis, and Value Stream Mapping (VSM)
Develop, negotiate, and execute supplier recovery and development plans with defined milestones, timelines, and measurable performance improvements
Establish and maintain real-time Work in Progress (WIP) visibility to ensure production commitments are supported by physical inventory and capacity evidence
Drive industrial stabilization and capability development to align supplier processes with technical, quality, and volume requirements
Lead corrective and preventive actions to mitigate risks and prevent recurrence of delivery or performance issues
Provide structured executive-level reporting, including performance status, risk assessments, and improvement progress to General Management and supplier leadership
Collaborate cross-functionally with Purchasing, Procurement, NPI, Quality, and Supplier Performance Management teams
