Develop, establish and ensure a dedicated, specialist management of our internal and external IT service providers (vendor management)
Define control-relevant KPIs in the area of responsibility independently and ensure communication with internal and external IT service providers
Ensure the monitoring of KPIs relevant to management and deriving preventive and countermeasures in the event of target failures as well as tracking over- and underperformance
Act as the communication and escalation interface and carry out operational quality support for all IT services as well as develop and carry out performance dialogues with internal and external IT service providers.
