As our new Compliance Specialist, you help safeguard that promise, ensuring every item we bring to market is worthy of the trust placed in our brand.
As a Compliance Specialist, you play a key role in ensuring that Rituals products are legally compliant, safe, and ready for launch in all markets where we operate. You will be part of the Quality team within the Sourcing, Quality & Regulatory (SQR) department: the team responsible for verifying product performance, validating specifications, and securing compliance across our assortment.
In this role, you work closely with suppliers and internal teams to manage compliance documentation, interpret legislation, and support the continuous improvement of our processes. You act as our internal expert on product compliance providing clear guidance, removing ambiguity, and enabling teams to make confident, compliant decisions.
This role is ideal for someone with a background in chemistry who enjoys combining detailed regulatory work with cross-functional collaboration and who gains energy from ensuring that every Rituals product meets our uncompromising standards of safety and quality.
