About the team
You鈥檒l join our close-knit Payroll team of 9 colleagues, including 4 international payroll specialists. We鈥檙e an international group that values open communication, collaboration, and continuous learning. Expect hands-on support, shared successes, and room to grow.
Your role
As Global Payroll Specialist, you manage payroll for several international entities in our fast-growing organization. You鈥檒l work closely with external payroll providers and internal stakeholders in HR and Finance to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processes. You鈥檙e detail-oriented, analytically strong, and always looking for smarter ways of working.
What you鈥檒l do
Process and coordinate payroll for multiple countries
Review payroll input and validate output from external providers
Ensure timely and accurate salary payments
Manage statutory deductions (taxes, social security, etc.)
Resolve payroll discrepancies and employee queries
Prepare payroll reports for internal stakeholders
Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations
Support audits and continuous process improvements
