The role
As a Senior Producer, you lead complex, high-impact creative productions from concept through delivery across traditional and digital retail channels. You translate creative ideas into scalable, premium executions by owning the full production lifecycle scope, plan, budget, partners, timelines, and final output quality. Sitting at the intersection of creative ambition and operational excellence, you coordinate internal teams and external suppliers to deliver consistent brand standards, while continuously improving production pipelines to meet evolving business needs.
Your key accountabilities:
- End-to-end Production Leadership - Own the full project lifecycle (from scoping and feasibility to delivery and wrap) and translating creative concepts into executable, scalable production plans across video, print, digital, social, and retail.
- Production Pipeline & Operational Excellence - Oversee and optimise production pipelines for efficiency, scalability, and quality. Build a future-proof setup and introduce best practices and frameworks that strengthen resilience.
- Budget Ownership & Financial Management - Own budgets end-to-end: estimates, negotiations, tracking, and reconciliation. Manage cost/speed/quality trade-offs while protecting brand standards and ensuring full transparency in reporting.
- Stakeholder Management & Delivery Assurance - Serve as the primary production contact for key stakeholders. Provide clear status updates, manage risks, and balance creative ambition with business realities to keep delivery on track.
- Partner Sourcing & Vendor Management - Source, brief, and manage external agencies, freelancers, and production partners. Handle negotiations and performance management to build a reliable, high-quality partner ecosystem.
- Quality Control & Brand Consistency - Oversee final outputs across all formats, leading checks on craft, technical specs, brand requirements, and release readiness to ensure premium, consistent execution.
- Asset & Deliverables Management - Ensure outputs are correctly packaged, versioned, and handed over for deployment. Support archiving and findability practices to enable reuse and reduce duplication.
What success looks like
Success in this role means productions are delivered on time and on budget, with final outputs that are high quality and consistent across all channels. Stakeholders are satisfied, approval cycles run smoothly, and supplier relationships are strong enough to be relied upon. Over time, you leave the production pipelines more efficient and scalable than you found them.
